Oppenheim Management is seeking to partner with management teams by making long term investments in their businesses.

We bring the real world, operational experience of successfully growing businesses, coupled with financial nous and rigour, plus an ability to clearly identify the strategic goals which generate shareholder value. We also have vast experience of both buying and selling businesses and can help plan and support the exit process to ensure that we maximise the returns to all the shareholders.

Despite this hands on experience, we look to work with self-starting and talented management teams. The team may not be complete and indeed may require support and mentoring through the investment phase, but fundamentally the key individuals need to be capable of independently managing the business on a day to day basis-we are investors not executives.

Key to a mutually successful outcome is alignment of interests. Building trusting, strong and close relationships with management teams is key. We will participate at the board and will engage on all major issues, with a back drop of good corporate governance.
