London Linen is a highly successful business services group supplying, on a rental basis, laundered table linen and chefs’ wear. Its roots were in central London fine dining, but under Roger’s leadership, the business expanded strongly into both the casual dining sector and also the contract catering industry, serving customers on a national basis. Key to the business’s success was the development of a managed service relationship with its customers to provide security of supply for a mission critical component.

This growth and success led to strong financials: £30m revenue, £7m+ EBITDA, and in May 2015 a strategic trade buyer, Johnson Service Group plc, acquired the business from the shareholders.

Following Johnson’s acquisition of London Linen, Roger has formed Oppenheim Management. This is a family office vehicle which is focussed on making strategic investments in private companies which could benefit from both management expertise and investment capital.
